About

When I was a kid, I was fascinated with my father's cast-iron Craftsman drill and Skil jigsaw. I would spend time crafting things from wood that I wanted, but couldn't afford. I also made every effort to watch New Yankee Workshop with Master Craftsman Norm Abram, if I could remember to watch it.

Today, I am a professional commercial photographer by trade, and my eye for photography has helped shape my understanding that craftsmanship should be as beautiful as it is functional. My woodworking style focuses on traditional & Japanese craftsmanship. I am mindful of the small details but also focused on the functionality of each piece I create.

I look forward to connecting with you to discuss a special piece, customized for you.
